"Good location and view"

"Agree with the other reviews. Would give zero stars if possible. Double charged me for an early check in and are now not responding to messages or answering the phone. The message facility on their website doesn't work either. Rooms are small and basic, but OK for one night. The service is shocking though. Avoid."

"Just spent nearly a week at the Copthorne Tara. Room was a bit shabby and dated ( although I don’t care about the latter), but clean. And for what I paid, the size of the room was great, and it was just a standard double. Staff helpful. Excellent location near the High Street Kensington Tube stop, and Hyde Park-Kensington Gardens, which is important to me because I love wandering through that park."

"Not a fan of the fee for early check in, staff was kinda rude everytime I spoke to them, cafe closed early even though it was like a food restaurant as well so not really accessible, vending machine inside was SO expensive & hotel located in not the greatest area to go out in at night. Other than my room was nice, clean, calm and quiet which I enjoyed and it had clean halls etc. Though I never got room service the whole 4 nights I was there."

"A perfect location, near St Pancras and access to Eurostar etc. lots of public transport options. Very walkable area, really lovely. Restaurants, parks, museums nearby, including a good spot for breakfast right on the corner. Room was very nice, and enough room to unpack and move around. I'd stay here again. Love the whole area. Staff very pleasant."
