"Really friendly staff member checked me in and told me that she’d give me the last double bed room available, because I had booked a 2 single bed for two of us but they weren’t able to come. Which was unexpected and really appreciated. Bed is comfy, room was clean, a restaurant/pub is right next door and free parking. "Easy check in, clean room, the first hotel pillow in ages that’s actually the right height on its own (always find 1 pillow not enough, 2 too much, but here 1 was perfect). Shower was excellent, powerful and hot. It’s a bit dated, but superb value for money. "
