"We came to spend some fun time with the children at the pool and facility. We had a wonderful time. The hotel is very beautifully decorated. Staff very friendly and helpful. The pool was fun. The slide unfortunately was closed as they had to do some maintenance work which was very unfortunate.but they gave us breakfast vouchers to compensate for that. That was very much appreciated. It was our second time at this hotel because of the fun pool. Would definitely recommend this place."

"The outlet wasn’t working in our washroom. This was in a newly renovated room. No discount was offered for the inconvenience. "

"The staff is lovely, and helpful.. almost too helpful. The restaurant on site is a separate entity…. The server was lovely and extremely helpful, however the food, freshness and cleanliness- was not up to even par…. Don’t eat at the breakfast buffet, very limited ;( and disappointing. "

"The chair, bathtub, and children’s high chair were extremely dirty. The sofa and the bed were not comfortable at all..I believe the word “comfort” in the hotel’s name is misleading; “dirty” would be more appropriate.."
