Hotel murah di Victoria

"I have stayed there for business the last 4 years and not one time have I had a complaint. I will continue to stay there every year. My television was not working and they responded quickly to get me one that was working. I also left a mirror and they mailed it to me. It isn't a "fancy" hotel but the friendliness and cleanliness all but makes up for any 5 star hotel. In my opinion it is 5 star!"

"Good one night stay while passing through. Restaurants are nearby, but need to drive to get there. Conveniently located to the highway."

There is garbage everywhere, used condoms in the courtyard, overflowing leaking garbage cans in the hallway, the railing is so rusted it looks like it's about to collapse. After I checked in and found this out I contacted Expedia to complain and get my money back. The hotel used pictures from a different hotel on the Expedia site. I proved this to Expedia and they were no help at all. I was on the phone with them for over an hour and all I could get was a $25 credit...
