The 1st room they sent me to had not been cleaned. Beds unmade, cups and plates still there, hot in there and didn't smell good. The 2nd room had a pile of scratched lottery tickets hidden in the ice bucket, soap wrappers left in the shower, thick dust on the hair dryer and backsplash and the shower was terribly week. I'm not sure but I felt the sheets were not fresh.

We are thankful for properties that allow pets, however, the room we stayed in was overwhelmingly sour with dander. It caused our eyes to be itchy and sting.

I liked it all the staff, the room, the breakfast all of the stay was great will stay again...... As to what I didn't like it would be nice to get a bigger discount for seniors or more points.... LOL
