It was beautiful but our room came with a partially/mostly broken patio door. Upon opening it once on day 1 we noticed that it wasn’t working properly and then upon opening it the next time it completely broke (broke and stuck open), which made us need to change rooms late at night to a much less private balcony with loud partiers on balconies below us, which was not fun at all and then we also had a different layout and different view ….when we preferred the original one. Otherwise the location and everything else was amazing. I would have expected more than a $55 overall discount from the hotel manager for having to switch rooms and getting a less great room, and actually I had to almost argue for any refund at all. But that aside, the place is beautiful and I would stay there again as long as everything is in working order, such as the balcony doors… since the balcony and view was the biggest selling feature in the first place.

The property is wonderful! We were upgraded and celebrated our Anniversaries in style! So so delightful! Thank you so much for being so accommodating. The staff were friendly and professional. The busy harbor was delightful to watch from a bird's eye view. The penthouse was spacious, clean, comfortable , very well appointed and quiet. My only sad comment is having seen people struggling in the park space below us, but also know this plight is everywhere...very sad. Thanks again for helping to make our special celebration even more special!🌺

Disappointed that we did not have the water views as expected. Very comfortable room and has a lovely staff. A plumbing problem with the guest room next to ours, when they flushed the toilet ours made a bubbling noise! It kept waking me during the night. No compensation was offered because we "pre-paid" our stay.

The property was very clean and good location. However it was very noisy. I complained to front desk twice and the noise stopped at 1130 pm. I had my two younger babies with me so it was very disruptive.
