"We stayed 2 nights at the Lodge and 3 at the Club. Food and drinks were a good value for a resort as most everyplace we've been for the past month have been. The rooms are nicely decorated with the Club being more contemporary. The staff have all been great. My biggest negative was the sewer smell at the east end of the Club pool. Both days there was also a backhoe operating so maybe it was working on the problem. The game watering hole at the west end of the Lodge mostly has had Mirabu storks...

Lee, dining room host was wonderful. Shuttle service was a bonus to get to and from various locations. Victor from Heritage booked several activities and cabs for us. He was always available to assist. On-site dining was excellent with breakfast buffet included with our booking level. Highly recommend this place. "

"This is a short walk to Victoria, Falls, and other activities in the town. Lots of tourist activities to do. Victoria Falls is full of people constantly hitting you up for things like purchasing stuff or giving them money. That gets old quickly, but the adventure as well worth it. Victoria Falls is one of the seven natural wonders of the world and this is a nice place to stay considering many places in Zimbabwe don’t have showers and air conditioning. I recommend staying here. "
