"From the group of four who greeted us with smiles, a cool washcloth and efficient luggage service leading to a refreshing welcome drink in the beautiful veranda, everyone and everything at the Wallow lodge was delightful. Coming from three days camping in the bush, the ‘tents’ at Wallow Lodge were a welcome sight! All the room amenities, including the outdoor shower, were perfect. Only sorry we couldn’t stay longer. "The property has a relaxed, rustic feel to it which is appealing. The staff were all excellent, especially Mabel. The breakfast was also good, the family room a reasonable size fror 3 adults, but the bathroom was a bit small and the door wouldn't shut. The Lodge's restaurant was not functioning when we were there which could have been a problem; however, there is an excellent restaurant about 200metres away and an adjacent convenience store. Overall, a very pleasnt 5 nights."

"The hotel was cozy, clean, and comfortable. It well served its purpose as a base for me while I visited the Falls several times. The neighborhood of the hotel was also charming. I’m a birder and managed to photograph more than 10 new bird species, separate from what I saw at the Falls. As a solo traveler, I especially welcomed seeing Faith’s friendly face every morning for the two days I spent at the hotel. I would stay at this place again and would recommend it to others. "

"We chose the right place to stay in Victoria Falls. It is a relaxed atmosphere with the greatest care team that feels like family. The room and bed were perfect with a walk in rain shower that measures 7x9 feet and 10” shower head. Sweet garden setting with small pool and viewing tower to look over the terrain and see the mist from the falls. Included is a huge delicious breakfast!"

Our room was so lovely and comfortable 💕 the staff were absolutely helpful and so friendly we felt so at home when we arrived. Ideal location- close to the Zambia border and the Zambezi river and an hour from Botswana. The breakfasts and dinners were also really yummy!! I would go back in a heartbeat !"
