"Clean room, checking in was a bit of a pain. I wish there were more blankets so I didnt have to turn up the heat and the water was not warm enough. Couldnt really have hot bath or hot shower, it was only warm. Otherwise very cute and clean. A family could easily stay in this room."

"Small older motel just outside of North Sydney, just off Hwy 125. Staff was very freindly and helpful. Room was clean. Parking was good. If you are looking for a high end place to stay, this isn't it, but if your looking for someplace quiet, layed back and comfy this is it."

"Staff were wonderful. One complaint was the bed was not comfortable. We would have preferred a king as with queen we rolled to the middle and the bed squeaked every time we moved. Also no hair blower - otherwise I would stay here again!"

"Easy check in. Clean room. New clean bedsheets and good mattress. Sink water slightly slow to drain but it wasn't a major problem. Absolute gem."

"Lovely motel with a beautiful view of the water. Staff were fantastic!! We stayed here on our way off the Cabot Trail. (We did it counter clockwise). Not many restaurants near but a great General store just at the corner down the road with a take out counter and great fresh baking. We chose to get simple sandwiches on their fresh homemade bread. Best sandwich we may have ever had. And try their ‘pocket sandwiches’. Wonderful! Great stay. Would stay again. "
