The restaurant was nice. There was live music, a fiddler in the evening. All the staff was pleasant, friendly and helpful. The view was beautiful. Great location to explore the Cabot Trail.

The motel was in a very convenient location and the stop was very helpful. Their toothpaste samples were amazing. And oh my goodness, the crap dinner at the restaurant was incredible. I got an entire crab with my meal!

Great location! Friendly staff. Best water pressure in a shower ever! My only reason for 4 stars is the bed. Could have been a bit more comfortable, but still managed a great nights sleep!

This was definitely a favorite on my list places I've stayed while traveling over the years. Clean, quaint and you feel safe here. Had the best sleep here Except for the noisy A/C unit

The Mountain View Motel & Cottages is a conveniently located inn located next to the Cabot Trail. It is like a step back in time and feels like a place where you could visit to unwind if you intend to spend a few nights on the northern side of the Route 30. The jewel in the crown is the attached restaurant that serves a good range of menu items including breakfast. If I return to this part of the world then I'd happily stay again.
