"Breakfast needs a little help, not fresh and variety lacking! Pool was cold but we love the ambiance."

"Couldn’t sleep our first night. Room next door was extremely loud until 4am!! Even after I contacted the lobby 3 times! The next day I asked for clean towels and they never brought them. They also don’t do any room cleaning in between says which is strange. "

"Though we left at 5am we didnt get breakfast but this one of the best hotels weve stayed at so far! We traveled from canada to Florida and this hotel was the best! Pool area/hot tub and sauna was great! Room was clean, and lots of room! The family was very happy with this stay! The only issues we had was the wifi didnt work the greatest. But thats okay! Was worth the stay!"

"Staff was great; friendly and quick check-in. Room was clean and smelled fresh. Pool and hot tub were clean, although pretty small. Beds were really comfortable and the room was so quiet. I appreciated that since I was in the area for medical appointments and I had to recover with napping during daytime. Breakfast was delicious...loved the frittatas! "I wanted to recognize the young woman who staffed the desk for the afternoon shift. It was busy, there were a number of small things (no fault of hers!) that went awry, and she handled it all with grace and courtesy. She told me later it wasn't her usual shift. I'm sorry I didn't get her name but she deserves recognition for her calmness under pressure and her creative problem-solving. "

"Upon check in I was assigned a room that was currently occupied and entered it with tv on, receptionist apologized reassigned room and second room also appeared to be in use, upon returning to front desk hotel staff accompanied me to “room” and it was clean ready to go however second room number given to me was open tv on and clearly occupied!! Both times I have stayed a very young staff checks in and doesn’t seem to know what she is doing. Senior staff apologized and sent gift card to our...

"The construction on the first floor was horrible and the first elevator was not working properly so we had to hoof it down the the elevator at the opposite end of the building."

"The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was limited and out of stock. No muffins or bagels. Took awhile for the hot food to be replenished as well as the waffle mix. Otherwise the hotel was fine for one night."

"Felt unsafe, pool was closed, and woke up with a terrible respiratory reaction in the morning. We didn’t shower or eat, just wanted to get out asap after sleeping."

"Traveling for work, but unable to get a receipt for my stay. Company card. Now I may have to pay out of pocket because I can’t get ahold of anyone and no one was willing to give me a receipt at check-in and no one was at the desk on my way out to the airport."
