"The property is very new and very clean. It’s just as pictured. Self check in is very easy and it was quite convenient since we arrived a little bit early and since it was already clean luckily we were able to get in right away. Host is super friendly and helpful. It’s located at a very safe zone compared to the rest of Napoli. Just walking out of the property there’s a taxi station and a mayor brand hotel so the area from there to the Via Toledo and to the Port are both nice. "

"Absolutely amazing place to stay! Few minutes walk from the busy eating and shopping area but because it’s up a side street it’s really quiet. We walked to all the sights in the city we wanted to see so location is perfect. The couple of own the hotel are just the most lovely peope you could possible meet, so helpful showing us directions to places and nice restaurants. The hotel itself is just gorgeous, very safe and secure. The room was really modern and comfortable with everything we needed....

"The proprietor and staff at the Hotel Napoli Mia were helpful and super friendly. The accomodations were very clean and comfortable. And the local restaurants served authentic pizza napolitana. Easily accessible to either Napoli Centrale train station and the port terminal for ferries to Capei and Sorrento"

"La suite del centro Storico was Very spacious, 2 bathrooms were a plus, walkable to most of the sightseeing, 5 minutes walk from the Port, lots of restaurants nearby. Highly recommended! "

"Napoli city inn is a fun gem right in the middle of Via Toledo and Piazza Municipio. The 3 bed 3 bath inn is immaculately kept and it's a nice retreat from the chaos around the city. The staff is pretty responsive, which is great considering no one is actually on site unless they have to check you in. This is not a problem though. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back."

"Communication prior to arrival with Gianluca was great. He met us outside the accommodation once we arrived by Uber and check in was quick and easy. He provided us with a map and suggested places to eat and visit. He sent links to restaurants and was very helpful, polite and friendly. The accommodation was clean and spacious. It was very quiet and the beds were made each day. We were given breakfast vouchers for the cafe next door where you can have a pastry, a coffee and an orange juice. I...

"Excellent location. Close to the metro with sea views. The fridge in your room an microwave in the common area was great. Only draw back was the building is from 1760 so no elevator. But the atairs helped work off all the calories you eat in naples. "
