"Amazing hotel in an exciting district of Palermo. All the staff were super helpful & friendly. Breakfast on the terrace was delicious. We loved our two night stay, we were able to arrive early & leave our bags & given refreshments which made our first day in Palermo sightseeing a great experience. Perfect is you are travelling by train as it’s an easy walk to the station."

"We had an amazing stay here. We were greeted at the entrance by Emiliano who grabbed our bags and brought them upstairs. Barbara was very friendly and accommodating, making sure our stay was going to be top notch and also making recommendations for places to eat in the area (which were all great). The rooms were clean and offered everything we needed - including a small water heater and instant coffee. That may not sound like much but it was tremendous for us. Initially difficult to find, driving in was a very tight squeeze with a mid-sized SUV, but once we were in, we found the office and gate no problem, and the staff were very helpful. I believe the owner's name is Guila - she is extremely accommodating, hard-working, and prepares a full breakfast with eggs, fruit, pasties, etc for all of the guests every morning. "Modern accommodation in an ideal location. Within a few steps you’re on Via Maqueda, a lively street with many restaurants and shops. Incredibly walkable but be advised the surrounding streets are cobble/stone in case you are wheeling luggage’s or requesting a ride share. It may be that you need to walk to the nearest street. The building has a small (but mighty) lift if needed. Online concierge was a nice touch and accessible via WhatsApp during their designated hours. No complaints and...

Once we got into the building - a renovated palace and shown to our room any fears we may have had were quickly dismissed.
