"I was impressed the moment I walked into the lobby and was greeted at the front desk. The welcome was warm and enthusiastic and the live music was wonderful. Location of the hotel was perfect, loved having convenient access to the greenbelt. The room was clean with ample space, staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet had many options to choose from. Don't want to forget to mention the amenities of having a pool, sauna, fitness center, etc. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is at this hotel. This hotel will definitely be my top choice when staying in Boise. "

"Parking was rough with all the construction. But enjoyed the updated room, the coffee options in room, the bed, and the easy check in! The room was a bit on the small side- but I was really only there to sleep. Easy to get to BSU and everything else we needed for the weekend!"

"Had a wonderful check in, super friendly staff! It’s an old hotel but has been maintained extremely well, very vintage and fun. The beds were comfortable, shower was hot, towels soft. We didn’t get to try the restaurant, bar, or breakfast, but the coffee was fantastic! Will stay again! "

"Clean, nice staff. I’m not too sure what everyone else was complaining about but I enjoyed my stay here. Bed was comfy, room got cleaned though they do not have do not disturb signs, which I would have appreciated during this time. Internet worked great, however remote in room was not programmed.
