"We visited Seattle for a family birthday and stayed in the Courtyard in Kirkland/c it was the only handicap accessible room to be found in the area. Kudos to Courtyard! Very nice. My only criticism was that the bar was not open on Sat evening. Sometimes I enjoy a nightcap at the bar. We took public transport to the Public Market and it was easy, bus stop close to hotel, inexpensive, and speedy enough to offset driving. Plus scenic. "

"You could not ask for a nicer quiet B&B and the hosts were amazing. You will be all by yourself as they only host one couple at a time. On Cottage Lake the facility is warm and friendly, and a little dated with the layout. It's private and breakfast is served at whatever time you want, and it's excellent! A very nice getaway that seems away from everything but only half hour-40 minutes or so from Seattle. "

"The entrance was a little tricky to find because I passed by it and missed it once. The front desk was very welcoming and the atmosphere was well decorated and organized. The AC unit was a bit noisy but there was earplugs they provided to have a good night rest due to the noise outside and the train station. The blowdryer in the bathroom was noisy when I was using it. Overall, it was a nice stay for me and my friend which it was our first time staying at that location but I have stayed at...

"Great location. Great comfort for the price.enjoyed the valet parking benefit by Expedia. Only thing didn’t like was the very strong cleaning fluids smell in the hotel on floors to elevator. Not in room but outside rooms. "

"My 2 adult kids and I stayed for 5-days and the place was quiet, comfortable and close to many attractions. I did not give 5 stars on the condition, because the yard needs attention, and is overgrown. Other than that, I would definitely stay again! "
