"The reception, check-in, value, location, vicinity to public transport, silence and insulation all 5/5 and 10/10 stars but only one thing I did not like which is the cleaning and making up the room is not good at all but for everything and overall I will score you as 10/10. Hand wash soap containers were empty! All days missed by the cleaners only last day when I reported it. Luckily we had our own soap.
