"Advertisement: Average expectations - Room description in Hotel.com was semi accurate, pictures shown mislead you to believe you will be getting a more spacious room, reality was not close. Location: Above expectations - Conveniently close and walkable, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. Safe area, Cleanliness: Above expectations - Room clean and neat. Room Comfort: Average expectations - Was reasonably comfortable, meet our expectations overall. Staff & Service: Above expectations – They were polite, friendly and helpful as expected. Amenities: Average expectations - Basic and did not offer much. Value: Average expectations - We feel the hotel provided good value for the money we paid. Breakfast: We left early, we didn't have a chance to experience the breakfast, we believe it was not offered and or included as part of the price paid. Atmosphere: Above expectations - Was good, welcoming feeling we expected. Overall: Above expectations - we were satisfied with our stay and would probably choose to stay here again.
