Room was nice but the overall cleanliness was disappointing. Yes the sheets were white but some were stained with red splotches. What grossed me out the most was the amount of human hair all over the room. I'm not talking about just singular strands of hair, we're talking CLUMPS of hair that I removed from the blankets and sheets. There was hair even stuck to one of the giant mirrors over one of the beds.

The room was clean and orderly, but had the bare minimum number of towels, etc. The handicapped room was spacious but had hardly any counter space in the bathroom. I wish they had a shuttle to Turning Stone! Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Everything about the hotel was nice. Eggs and bacon would have been a nice addition to the breakfast menu! I was disappointed that they advertise it as walking distance to the casino, because it’s really quite far. Also, a dangerous walk as there aren’t any sidewalks on a busy road.

Check-in is at 3pm. I never checked in until 6pm and my room was not ready. My other issue is that they offer a breakfast but there is very little seating to accommodate guests for breakfast.
