"Short walk from the bus station. 10 min walk up hill away from the water from the ferry stop. Conveniently located near a grocery, in the old section of town. Near every thing! We had apartment 2. Both 1,2 have large balcony’s looking north with a mostly unobstructed view of the lake dining table and chairs on the deck were fabulous. Beds comfortable pillows were flat. "Located 20 minutes away from the Arena. In exchange you receive a comfortable hotel with parking facilities. In our case, in the evenings when we had dinner in town we requested a taxi (it always arrived within 5 minutes). Usually a 10 minute ride. After dinner we walked. In summary, if you have a car this is a perfect hotel."

"Very comfortable room, quiet with good aircon in a good location. Staff and check in was excellent, very helpful. Only slight issue was a few flies in the bathroom as there is no extractor fan and only a window to open. Note that you are required to empty the bins as you leave. Otherwise, excellent and a great stay."

"This was my second time to stay at this hotel. The location is great - it’s a few minutes walk from the arena. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is of good quality with lots of choices. However, the small single room I had on this visit was extremely expensive. While I understand that prices increase when the opera is on - €315.00 (inclusive of taxes and city taxes) is very high for such a tiny room. I didn’t even get a complementary bottle of water even though the weather was extremely hot. There was also a small issue as the soap dispenser in my room was broken - it was lying in the sink. It took two visits to the room to repair this while I waited in reception. I did appreciate being given a coffee while I waited. I will certainly look at other hotels on my next visit to Verona if the hotel is this expensive. I do plan to visit again as I thoroughly enjoyed the opera at such a historic venue."
