Travel to Verona City Centre

The hotel was fine and the staff very friendly and accommodating. It appears to be an older property so the rooms are on the small side and had few plugs for electronics. Also, the water pressure in the shower was light, but adequate. The breakfast was very, very well set up. Well organized tables with more selections than perhaps any hotel I have ever stayed at. We did not take advantage on dinner onsite, but I looked at the menu, and it had numerous and varied selections. Had we dinner there, I don’t think we would have been disappointed.

Best Classy Manager!! Amazing location

Veronika and Mathias made the stay flawless and efficient. Very helpful and friendly. Lovely boutique hotel, very very cute and creative decor, quite artsy. Nice breakfast. Lovely area with so many great options around to wine and dine. Perfect location for Verona city center stay and 20 mins from wineries. Very loud when balcony doors are open. I don’t know if the music is every night or just for Vinitaly period. Look out for shaky lamps and table vibrations. If your lucky it’s music you love and won’t mind singing along. Highly recommend this hotel for easy and non complicated stays. Deserves more than a 3 star to be honest. I had room 110. All rooms are different so I’m basing my review on my room.

Excellent accommodation, staff really friendly. Great breakfast. The free use of the bikes was great too.

Nice, clean hotel with a couple of good restaurants nearby. Difficulty with the heating and cooling of the room; had to leave the window open to cool it - could not control the temperature. It was winter time so AC was not required it was a matter of less heating. I lost our room key and, according to the hotel rules, it is a 30 Euro charge for a new, plastic room key. This is not noted when booking the hotel but is a policy on a sheet of paper at check-in. 30 Euros for a plastic card is ridiculous. No other hotel anywhere charges for a replacement card. Fortunately, the hotel agreed to waive the charge but it should never have been an issue.
