"First of all, they demand a $300 cash deposit just to get into a room. For a budget motel, that is completely unreasonable and feels incredibly sketchy. When you finally get past the front desk, the room is disgusting. The cleanliness is non-existent—stained floors, an outdated smell, and it clearly hadn't been properly scrubbed down before I arrived. It felt completely unsanitary to even sit on the bed. "Great location, easy to get in and out of. Lots of parking. Room was spotless. Bed too soft for my taste but mattress and pillows all in pristine condition. Restaurant was nice with interesting menu. Sunday breakfast buffet a nice change of pace but I was a little disappointed as I had chosen a specific menu dish that I’d wanted that morning. Definitely stay again if I need to be in Vernon overnight"

"This was one of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had. Although the room appeared somewhat clean when we arrived, the stay quickly went downhill. The shower drain was clogged and required maintenance to come and fix it. The air conditioning was also broken when we checked in. Maintenance came and repaired it, but the very next day it stopped working again and had to be fixed a second time.
