"We received a welcome beverage. Room was ready for early check in. Our shower was clogged and it was fixed within hours. Great location across street of the Zocalo. Very walkable. Malecón w as minutes away as well. Bed was comfortable and room very quiet. Restaurant not very good."

"The place is very good, I like it because it's close to the airport They offer you complimentary breakfast from 7:00 in the morning And the people at the reception are very friendly and give you ideas that you can buy in case your cafeteria is closed The parking lot after the 6 pm if it fills up so or if you go by car try to arrive early so you can find a good place"
