Arrived at the property late at night, was still greeted by friendly staff. The price was great for 2 nights. Property had A/C and it was just perfectly. Overall can’t complaint.

We arrive early and did not let us check in, at 3:pm the rooms were not ready to check in, they were ready until 4:30. The pool was not in the building, it was across the street, and it was too cold, the bathroom had a leak and in the morning it was flooded, there was a big roach.

Un buen lugar para llegar a descansar, la atención del personal bien, el precio me fue muy accesible, sólo qué habemos personas que aunque vayamos a la playa y que sabemos que es un lugar con mucho calor, sí requerimos del agua caliente, (no tibia). También porque habemos personas que llevamos niños, y no estamos acostumbrados a utilizar todo el tiempo el agua fría, o tibia (tirándole a fría). En cuanto a la limpieza también muy bien, sólo que sino estás fuera de la habitación a cierta hora, tienes que apresurarte a salirte para que puedan limpiar, sino ya no lo hacen. Me parece que no hay personal que estén en constante limpieza (o tal vez me equivoque y no me percaté del personal), cómo en otros hoteles. Sin embargo, es un buen lugar.

Lo malo esk son dos hoteles están de frente pero si t toca del lado k no tiene la alberca tienes k pasar la calle para entrar al otro hotel para poder entrar a la alberca eso no me gustó y si kieres jugas el billar k tienen tienes k dejar tu credencial para k t lo puedan prestar y una de las recepcionista es bien mala onda si mandas a tus niños a pedir la contraseña del wifi o a preguntar algo les contesta enojada y la alberca y el billar son solo de 8 a 8 estrictamente

Las instalaciones son muy viejas, la habitación estaba medio sucia, las llaves de las regadera no sirven y hacen un ruido insoportable, no te dan la clave de WiFi, se escucha el ruido externo, alguna persona empleada del lugar trató de abrir la puerta mientras estábamos en la habitación, cuando se dio cuenta que seguíamos ahí solo mencionó que se había equivocado de habitación. La atención del personal de recepción es sumamente deficiente y agresivo. Fue la peor experiencia que he recibido al hospedarme, definitivamente no volveré.

Me he hospedado en hoteles con cuartos igual de pequeños pero este estaba horrible, todo descuidado y sucio. Las cobijas estaban manchadas. Y para colmo no tenían internet y se le pidió a la recepcionista y ella toda mal encarada, no nos daba solución, muy pésimo servicio. Lo único rescatable era que estaba cerca del malecón. Muy horrible experiencia y sobre todo por la recepcionista que me atendió .

La habitación estaba sucia y la ropa de cama con mal aspecto .se veía muy percudida . Los colchones tienen un protector de plástico que es muy incómodo . La ubicación está muy céntrica .
