When we got to the room, there was only 1 towel, it was a room for 4 persons. WiFI was not accessible on Iphone. TV in the room was disprogramed, balcony door dod mot close properly and the outside noise was too loud.

No hay barista y como si no tuviera bar, el buffet del desayuno estuvo muy bien, tiene varios restaurantes y bares alrededor, la alberca es pequeña, pero hay canchas de tenis al lado, no lo sé no es excelente, no es regular, tiene claro oscuros, le doy un 8 de 10 o 4 de 5 estrellas

Todo excelente. Lamentablemente el ruido de los salones de fiesta que hay en la parte posterior impide el descanso. Quizá deberán renovarse aplicando sistemas de insonorización. También recomendaría acceso a elevador con tarjeta pues no hay seguridad con que todos los que acceden estén realmente hospedados.

Me sentí incómoda , la llave electrónica 3 veces se desactivó y tuvimos que regresarnos del piso 8 al recepcion a activarla , nos abrieron la puerta del cuarto los de lavandería mientras nosotros estábamos ocupando la habitación fue algo muy extraño e incómodo, las 2 mañanaas que amanecimos ahí , mucho ruido y movimiento de muebles de los otros cuartos eso nos despertaba, al final nos pasamos por 15 minutos de la salida y nos habló muy molesta la de recepción que nos iban a cobrar ese tiempo de más , a lo último ya no nos cobraron pero la sacada de onda y el disgusto por el tono en el que te lo dicen da mucho de qué pensar !
