"No 3º dia de hospedagem o ar condicionado e o chuveiro parou de funcionar devido ao 1 curto na parte elétrica. Pedimos pra trocar de quarto ou solucionar o problema nada foi feito.O atendimento da proprietária deixou a desejar. Faltou cordialidade e uma postura mais profissional no trato com os hóspedes, o que acabou impactando negativamente a experiência na pousada. A pousada deixa a desejar, pois o que é prometido não corresponde ao que realmente é entregue "

"Terrible experience, avoid booking this hotel! There was a misbilling issue occurred between hotel and Expedia, the hotel urged me to pay what I paid before so I double charged, I asked them to contact Expedia however they keep calling me by the phone and never gave me peace during my stay, they even dropped a letter threatening me to leave and whilst I was in shower the door knocked m, the hotel staff called police, after my explanation and proof of payment they still obliged me to pay the...

"Staff were great and the food and beverage options in the hotel were good. The area around the hotel is a little dangerous. Better to take Uber to get around. The room I was in was very noisy especially early in the morning."

" fechadura da porta estava quebrada (tenho registro em vídeo), o quarto apresentava sujeira visível, e os lençóis eram desproporcionais ao colchão, expondo-o constantemente durante a noite. Além disso, a cadeira do quarto tinha o assento danificado, causando queda e lesão nas minhas costas ao sentar. O colchão também estava visivelmente desgastado. Não recomendo este estabelecimento para ninguém. Péssimo."

"Excelente hotel! A localização é ótima, fácil acesso a orla e praia, em Avenida com fácil acesso de rotas para diversos lugares em Salvador/BA. O apartamento foi encontrado limpo e organizado, com tudo funcionando perfeitamente. Os funcionários são educados e prestativos. O café da manhã é excelente, com grande variedade de alimentos e muito saboroso, a reposição é constante. Recomento a todos!"
