Good location / good view. Room was OK, but it wasn't ready when we checked in at 16:00. Due to departure schedule, we wanted to extend checkout by 45 minutes but staff was unaccommodating.

Had a wonderful stay at Fasano. All the staff was very helpful and friendly. Shoutout to Bebeto who did our room service for dinner. He was very nice and gave us nice tips of places to go in the city!

I chose to celebrate my birthday at this property. The staff was more than accommodating all week long and they spoiled me with gifts in my room. I even broke my laptop and they gave me a loaner at no cost. They went above and beyond!! I will now look for Fasano Hotels in other cities where I choose to travel.

The staff were super friendly and helpful from before I arrived (via WhatsApp) until the moment I departed for the airport. The room was nice, especially the enormous flatscreen TV that was Netflix ready (something becoming standard in the best hotels but not yet universally in practice). Room service was awesome, never saw such a wide range of options, all of which tasted great. If I return to Salvador, I’d be happy to stay here again.

A nightmare, very rassist woman at entrance to restaurant. She ssy, the restaurant is fully booked, cause i‘m black. Nobody were in the restaurant and one of the black waiter took me to one of the empty tables. This is a scandal. Still no compensation offered for this big shame.
