"We got there one of the hottest day of the year and turned the air conditioner on. It didn’t work. We waited and waited and didn’t work. We tried to get the management to change your room. They said they were all book, but we look online and Expedia and there was still room available so we had a terrible night. Definitely the staff was not very helpful."

"The property was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was also great, with a variety of offerings. My issue is that when we arrived I was not told about our executive room getting access to the lounge with drinks and a small continental breakfast. It caused a lot of confusion and I had to go to the room to contact Hilton. I tried chat and was on hold for 20 minutes, so I called and was told I did get the lounge, but was never given a card key for it. So I had to go back downstairs, get in...

"The room was simple and didn't quite meet my expectations. It was advertised as having two queen beds, but we only received one. Parking is not included, so be prepared for an additional charge. You can pay daily or purchase a multi-day pass. We stayed for six days and paid €56 for parking. The breakfast was decent, but nothing particularly memorable.
