"I was so nervous about my stay in California, mostly worried about safety/location/busy-ness of things. I was SO pleasantly surprised!! Ventura was not the busy/crazy I thought it would be. "While it may be a somewhat “vintage” style property. The building and grounds are clean and well maintained. The size of the room and kitchen facilities were a pleasant surprise.
