Dear ms. Abrams,every year, during the low season, we renovate 7/8 rooms and take care of the common areas, to provide a better service to our guests. In fact, our hotel is located in a 14th-century Venetian palace and we aim to maintain its distinctive historical features but equip it with all modern comforts; we are infact already installing usb sockets and working on soundproofing the rooms we are restoring.Regarding the shower, we did not receive any report from you but if you had informed us we could certainly have fixed it immediately.As far as the breakfast is concerned, our buffet, with savory and sweet options, is usually very popular with our guests, while regarding your reservation, you only asked us for a room with a canal view and that is what we assigned you neither we have not unfortunately received any other requests from you as we are here to make our guests happy ! Our concierge is highly praised for their advice and support in reservations and we answer daily many many requests for any kind of information so we do not understand your comment best regards
