Bloodstain on the curtain in the toilet, dusty curtains in the room. Pillows were very flat, bloodstain on cushion. Crammed room. Dirty patch stain in the fridge. Room did not come with bed quilt, so it was very cold to sleep with outside temperature at -3°C. Heater was not warm enough. The shower water will suddenly turn very cold. It was very difficult to adjust the right shower temperature because the mixer was very sensitive to adjustments. Only one supermarket nearby called Ali. Next nearest supermarket is in Mestre city center. Location of this hotel is near to Venice-Mestre Station, but far away from Mestre city center which is 1.2km away.

Excellent proximity to the train straight to Venice. The on-site parking was pretty tight. We were put in an apartment next door which wasn’t what we had booked, it was clean and roomy but cold and with limited amenity. Could do with some general repairs and maintenance and some cleaning of mould in the bathroom. Staff were friendly.

Property kind off dated but what would you expect by the train station. A lot of restaurant choices around and loved that the bus stop to get to the main tourist stops is just right in front of the lobby!

Small old hotel, staff were ok. The cleaning of the room on second day was terrible. Breakfast was terrible, would suggest to eat out rather than wasting the money here. Only plus was it’s proximity to train station.

We had a great day spending our 2nights in Hotel Paris. After our 8 days cruise to the Greek isles and Croatia. We decided to stay 2nights to see San Marco Venice before heading back home to Canada 🇨🇦 David was such an amazing person. Very helpful and very welcoming guy. You will feel at ease with peace of mind staying in this hotel. The breakfast was amazing. The cappuccino machine was unlimited. The room was very cleaned and smells good. I slept well honestly in my bed. 5mins walked to the Mestre train station. Simona help us understand the map in going around Mestre Venice and St Lucia. How to ride the vaporato to San Marco and other places in Venice. Hotel Paris is very much recommended if you’re only looking for a place to stay, sleep and explore Venice. Molte Gracie!! to David and his team 🇮🇹❤️

The Hotel was very close to train station so perfect for getting to Venezia. Some areas of room were a little dated and worn but as far as function everything worked. All good!!

The staff is wonderful. Room was clean but dated. Air conditioning barely worked, but we survived. Great location to the train station. 2 minute walk.

A great location for where I wanted to be - right next to Venice Mestre station. Staff friendly and helpful including providing hot water whenever I wanted to make tea (the room has no tea/coffee facilities). Good choice at breakfast too.

sink in bathroom leaked, no tissues in bedroom or bathoom, no shelf in shower to hold soap, etc.. Had trouble regulating room temp. Toilet seat was cracked, Second pillow for bed had no pillowcase. Hotel is within walking distance of train station but neighborhood is dreary.

There are some quirks about this property. The location to the train station is fantastic! While there is air conditioning it didn’t work. The staff was accommodating and moved us to a different room, with a working AC We had to change rooms for the second night. We came back from a very hot day in Venice to find that our second room did not have a working AC. It was somehow tied to a different rooms AC in a manner I am unsure of. The staff has to go into the second room to do something to make our AC work. While the staff was nice and accommodating this inconvenience made our trip very difficult.

They saying in the website parking available but when I arrived there they said 15 euro per day for the hotel parking it will be really make me to very disappointed it's bit a lot for the customers otherwise they have to mention before we book the hotel.
