Room 102 is a corner room. Hotel is very close to water taxi stand besides giving easy access to intercity transport but also to airport. Which means not lugging suitcases over bridges. With the windows open you feel like your part of neighborhood.

Good location / really easy access to airport and surrounding areas for water taxis. Receptionist was so helpful and knowledgeable to help us get around. Room small and no windows but upgraded rooms will have this.

A quiet escape from the hustle and bustle of the Main Street. Easy to walk and great food options nearby. Fish market sets up in the sidewalk outside.

Good hotel in a good location
Excellent little hotel with good clean room and comfortable bedding. A little tight in space but in Venice you woken with what you have. I would recommend this place for travelers, just note it’s a bit out of center of Venice tho it is close to water bus stations, train/bus stations and if you want to visit the outer islands.

Hotel Filu is a newly renovated property on one of the secondary canals. About a 7 minute walk from the train station. The location was awesome! The place was modern and clean and the desk guys were super friendly and helpful. This little gem was a great value in the perfect location!

We loved our stay at this property! Location is absolutely perfect - right next to tons of restaurants and bars and is a 5 minute walk to the main area of shops! Hotel was lovely and clean and staff very friendly

Amazing hotel! Looks clean and modern! Everything in the room was great. They accommodate my checking because I arrived by the time they close! The guest services was great friendly and helpful to explain and answer questions! We enjoyed our stay! And definitely recommend and will be back to this place next time! We loved our stay here, and would recommend it and stay there again. They were very helpful and accommodating for late check-in when our waterbus from the airport took longer than expected. We love the location, so many restaurants close by, shops, and near the Jewish ghetto which is one of the most authentic Venetian areas on the islands. It was located next to many water bus stops which made transportation extremely easy. Also located near the main thoroughway for walking all over Venice, which was easy and do fun to do! I loved that they had an electric steamer for water and tea in the room as well as coffee maker, but we don't drink the latter. Live music at the restaurants nearby as well. It's also easy to get to the train station from there as well. The staff was lovely, very helpful and kind!

This was a great find, close to the rail station and fronting a canal. There is easy access to waterbus, main pedestrian thoroughfares, cafes and restaurants. Staff were helpful and accommodating.

First time in Venice
Owner was fantastic and helpful with everything. She drew us a tour on the map to stay off our phones and enjoy may off the beaten track things to see in Venice from our hotel walk to St Marks Square. It inclined coffee shop that was awesome and the only bridge in Venice without a rail. We would come back to stay her again in a second our 7 minute walk to the train was also perfect.

Great location with tons of great restaurants nearby. About a 15 minute walk to the Piazzale Boma bus station. Friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast offerings. Small but well-appointed rooms that are comfortable and clean. We would stay there again in the future.

Located in walking distance to everything and close to the train station. Doesn't look like much on the outside but everything is renovated and nicely done on the inside. Our room was small but had everything we needed. Staff were nice and helpful. Would stay here again.

Checking in was great, girl was super nice at front desk and very helpful. The location is excellent. The room was quite nice looking although the bathroom was extremely small. I could also hear other guests fairly easily. Overall I would probably stay again.

Found a jewel in Venice
This boutique hotel was wonderful and we will stay here again! We have been to Venice several times. The advantage to this hotel is that it is a short walking distance from the train station! We did not have to lug our suitcases onto the vaporette (which restricks you to one per person). The Cannaregio area was safe and not as crowded as other areas of Venice. The kingsized bed in a large room was so welcoming in Venice! The hotel was so contemporary and clean. The staff was very helpful.
