Therefore, we would like to point out just a couple of things: the fact that you booked the less expensive room available does not mean that you were given a low-quality room: the room you were assigned has the same furniture, facilities, and level of comfort of all the other rooms typologies and it is also the largest available in the category.Aquarius is built inside an ancient palace, so some rooms are located in unusual areas, but that does not lower the level of comfort that we provide.In any case, if you did not like the room, you could have asked for another solution: our reception is always ready to try to satisfy the Guests’ requests and needs. In the end, we believe that it is also a matter of personal taste: we had several Guests before you that were very pleased with that room.We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you soon again in our House and we send our best regards.
