we never stayed in the place, I selected that place because I saw look nice, we came to europe for vacation, specially Venice, I rented a car, unfortunately I have a problem with that car, flat tire in the expressway, more of four hour until get fixed, in the meantime we called from my usa cell, used a international call, we called to the hotel to let them know, we'll be there late, around 7 pm, there never, NEVER answer the phone, well, we thought the hotel is already paid, after the car tire has been fixed, we continue drove to there, we arrived around 1am in the morning, everything was closed, NO BODY was shows up, I knock the door for more half hour, no body, until someone shows up by the window, so very nasty guy, I explained what happened to us, the do not even understand english, not even italian, I do not what can languaje he was, look like he was upset because I knock his door to many times, was unbelievable all that happened to us, I called from Italy to hotel.com on USA, try to help me, but these people do not how to resolve this kind of situations.
I have to find another hotel 2 o 3 in the morning, spend more money for that, I was tire, angry, disappointed, finally found it some place to stayed, next day because my wife told me to do it, we went back to the place, diferent people was in the counter, they apologized for that, we tried get our money back, we paid for two nights, all went to garbage, I don't get nothing back, hotels.com not help us about that, to bad
