Room was nice and clean. No frills hotel with bare minimum amenities. It’s in a great location close shopping and eateries. Less than 15 minutes walk to Saint Marks square. About 13 minutes walk from train station.

Nice but noisy
Great place at a very central location. But rooms are noisy as not well insulated. TV, oices and laughter can be heard until midnight most nights.

This place suits its name. It is charming. We stayed in a room with a view of the canal. The location is central and convenient. We will be back.

Great stay in nice area of Venice
The hotel is lovely, the room was very nice,clean, ac worked well. Its stairs so no lift. The restaurant was wonderful. Quite possibly best seafood I have ever had in my life. Very important, google maps is wrong. It will take you across the canal. Santa Fosca vaporetti stop is closest

This place was fantastic, 10 minute walk from train, 20 min walk to dodges palace, surrounded by local restaurants and shops. The owner was very kind and the rooms were clean, comfort and the perfect temperature. I would recommend this hotel to anyone! Also — owner runs a restaurant beside the hotel with the perfect aperol spritz to enjoy after a long day of sightseeing.

Great location. Only 13-15 minutes walk from train station. Not located in the hustle and bustle of Venice but close walking distance from it. Attached to a church and a restaurant. There’s a great pub across the canal with at least a dozen beers on tap as well as great gins. We were there during a heat wave but our room was nicely air conditioned. Our room was super clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and smooth. I highly recommend these accommodations.

Good location, nice views on the canal in certain rooms, good bedding. In the 1st floor, rooms above restaurant, a lot of noises.... very bad soundproof.

Gepflegte Unterkunft in guter Lage
Gute Lage, relativ ruhig (Partygäste in der Umgebung lassen sich wohl nicht vetmeiden); 5 Min. zum nächsten Bootsanleger. Da wir erst nach Mitternacht ankamen, wären ein paar Tipps bzgl. Schlüsselübergabe (im Nachbarhotel) hilfreich gewesen. Wir standen suchend auf der Piazza, das kleine Namensschild der Unterkunft ist im Dunkeln nicht zu sehen. Ein Anruf beim Italienisch sprechenden Nachtportier (sehr nett und hilfsbereit) brachte die Lösung. Er holte uns ab und brachte uns nach dem Eincheck im Nachbarhotel zur "richtigen" Tür. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Möglichkeiten frühstücken zu gehen.Gep
