Excellent place to stay in the vicinity of Venice. Host Carla is a wonderful person and she and her staff really took care of us to ensure we are comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and delicious. Their cappuccino is the best. It is a little far from Venice but we are quite glad we stayed here.

Last night in Europe
Listed as being close to Marco Polo airport. It is 10 kilometers and a very expensive taxi ride. Was not close to public transportation or anything else for that matter. No one on staff spoke any English. It would be nice to have that on the website. Bed was comfortable room was clean. No power outlets next to the bed. Would be a nice place to hang out in the Italian country side but should not be listed as close to Marco Polo international airport.

Actually our farm is out of the center but we always try to meet your needs and by car is very easy go to the train station.

Nice new hotel
Hotel is through a restaurant that was packed when we arrived,100 people or so. Staff was extremely busy and the 2 members we spoke to spoke no English. Check in was by the bar. No signs about it being a hotel or where to check in, but plenty signs of things no to do. No eating in your room , no bags on the desk in your room etc Hotel is a ways off the road, recommommend you have a car if staying there.

Great gem near the airport
It was a perfect overnight stay for the family- 10 minutes to the airport. Very comfortable rooms, well appointed. The breakfast was wonderful. It has a thriving restaurant open to the public, which was very busy when we arrived. We would certainly consider staying again.

Close to airport. In the countryside.....
In the countryside........beautiful location yet close to airport. I got a real feeling of Italy. The room and facilities were clean and updated. I give it an excellent rating.

Take all your paperwork in English and Italian....
Had an awful experience - booked and paid via hotels.com, had paperwork in English and Italian confirming payment, but hotel staff were rude and threatening, and wouldn't accept that we had pre-paid, despite all paperwork confirming this. Just before departure in the morning we were again harassed for payment, only when I threatened to call hotels.com on the spot did they back off. Not sure if this was a genuine admin problem at the hotel, or if it was a tried and tested routine. Room was OK, though air con was not very effective. Thought breakfast would be 'locally sourced farm produce' as this was a farm, but was a couple of bottled of supermarket juice and some packet cakes. Overall as a stop over at the start of our holiday, it was close to the airport and quiet, but that is really all I can positively say about the place. I would recommend some of the staff go on a hospitality training course, and that they better organise their payments administration. I would never go back.

You need a car to get here.
Quiet area, a bit difficult to get to if walking from bus as gravel road for last 2 blocks, but staff came to get us after one of us walked to hotel. They were also kind enough to drive us to bus when we checked out. Staff were very helpful but only one person spoke some English so communication was challenging.

The #1 thing I look for in a hotel in the middle of summer is in Europe is "air-conditioned rooms" .. While it does say that on the description.. The air conditioner does not kick on til 6pm in the evening... Well arriving to the hotel, in the afternoon after a long day of travel.. We had to wait a couple of hours before it got turned on... And on the days we were touring Venice, we were hoping to come back to a cool room-since we came back typically around 7 or so, but to find the room still warm because they turned off the breakers (located in the room) to the AC... I'm used to hotels coming into our rooms during the day to clean, but not to turn off the AC.. I was very disappointed.. Because they didn't even attempt that, instead received a note to not hang up our wet clothes on the beds... Which they ended up gathering and dumping in the sink. I understood they didn't want us using the beds as a drying rack, but it was a bit rude to just dump our wet clothes in the sink .. After that, I was very uneasy about leaving the hotel.. Although nothing ever got stolen, it just made me uncomfortable... We stayed 3 nights but if I ever find myself visiting Venice again, I will probably not be staying at this hotel.. Location was nice, people were somewhat nice, but that particular incident made me very uncomfortable

Country Hotel
The hotel was comfortable and adequate for our needs. Breakfast included fresh eggs and yogurt with bread and bottled orange juice. The property was very clean and the Manager spoke good English and was very helpful. We chose this hotel because it was quiet, but close to the Marco Polo airport. It was about a 10-15 minute car ride. The hotel was also about 10 minutes from the train station to Venice. The train ride was about 20 minutes from Venice. The price was reasonable. We would return.

L’unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta la colazione mi aspettavo essendo un agriturismo prodotti fatti in casa e non confezionati Un’altra cosa la tv troppo piccola su una stanza così grande Per il resto era tutto perfetto

Abbiamo preso alloggio presso questo agriturismo per una notte . Cortesi ci hanno attesi al nostro arrivo potrò orario previsto per la consegna camere ed io personale presente ci dava cortesemente anche una bottiglia di acqua fresca. Camere nuove e ben arredate .. molto belle la colazione al mattino servita nella sala ristorante nella norma con la proprietaria che si è prodigata per accontentarci in tutto. Molto vicino all'aeroporto che si raggiunge in 10 min.

Freddezza di rapporti col cliente forse troppo indaffarati in altre faccende. Siamo scesi per la colazione non sapendo un Poin ritardo ed era minimale non degna di un agriturismo con dolci confezionati.

Un poco lejos de Venecia y camino de terraceria!!
El hotel esta fuera de la ciudad por lo que tuvimos que tomar autobus que no dejo cerca, pero toda la entrada era de terraceria por lo que tuvimos que caminar y desafortundamente estuvo lloviendo por lo que llegamos empapados cargando maletas, aunque tienen ruedas no es fàcil caminar con ellas y no està tan cerca. Otro factor fue que nuestro vuelo salia a las 7am y no tenìan transporte a esa hora del hotel por lo que tuvimos que tomar un taxi que saliò un poco màs caro.

Das Agriturismo ist meiner Meinung nach keines. Eher eine Pension. Sauber und gepflegt, günstig gelegen, wenn man sich Venedig ansehen möchte und auch einen Strandtag in Caorle einlegen möchte. Soweit, so gut. Wir würden dennoch nicht wieder hinfahren. Schon bei der Ankunft begrüßte uns die Besitzerin nicht, war ziemlich wortkarg und übellaunig (ich spreche italienisch). So zog es sich die ganze Woche. Kein nettes Wort, nichts. Man könnte jetzt denken, das lag vielleicht an uns? Glaube aber, dass wir freundliche und pflegeleichte Gäste sind. Das katastrophale Frühstück wurde in den Bewertungen schon häufig erwähnt und kann von uns nur bestätigt werden. Grottenschlecht. Und ich erwarte kein "deutsches Frühstück" in Italien. Habe selber dort viele Jahre gelebt, um zu wissen, wie gut auch ein italienisches Frühstück sein kann. Großes Manko war auch, dass es keinen "Raum" gibt, um mit anderen Gästen zu plaudern oder bei einem Aperol den schönen Tag zu beenden. Der Garten nicht angelegt, rumpelig, keine Sitzgelegenheiten am Haus.Gegenüber eine Wiese zum sitzen, aber auch nicht wirklich einladend und abends stockdunkel.Ungemütlich irgendwie.Keine Tiere, wie auf den Fotos. Da hatte sich unsere Tochter drauf gefreut.Das Essen dort ok, aber viel zu teuer. Fazit: Zum übernachten für 1-2 Tage ok. Mehr nicht.

Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Inhaber haben uns jeden Morgen zum Bahnhof hin (3km) und Abends wieder abgeholt. Nach Venedig mit dem Zug ohne umsteigen in 26Min. für 2,55€. Alles in italienisch ( da kein Englisch etc.) , aber der Sprachenübersetzter tat sein übriges. Sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Zimmer groß und sehr sauber.Man kann sich abends zum essen anmelden, nur zu empfehlen.

Super familieejet hotel. Ingen talte dog engelsk, men de ringede til en ven, som hjalp os med at kommunikere aftenens menu, som iøvrigt var uovertruffen til blot 50 euro for 4 personer, for 2 retter, 2 flasker vin og kaffepunch. Hotelværelserne var helt nye, med køleskab og fryser og fladskærm, men i gammel stil. Lækkert badeværelse med alt hvad man skal bruge. Ligger lidt på landet med stor have og dyr, men tæt på stort shoppingcenter, til flere timers fornøjelse for store og små - value for money!

Fint och rent rum med nyrenoverat badrum. Ingen restaurang med mat på kvällen vilket vi hade förväntat oss. Funkade som övernattning en natt då vi var påväg från ett ställe till ett annat.

Sehr nette Gastgeber. Und hilfsbereit. Danke für Flughafentransfer mit Fahrrad. Nur darauf achten, dass man Zimmer mit Aussenfenster bekommt. Sonst war alles perfekt. Netter Koch. Lecker Essen. Nur der Noch spricht Englisch. Sonst muss der Google Übersetzer helfen.
