"Terrible experience. The elevator was broken and took forever to get a room on ground level due to two of our parties having walking disabilities. Then things were broken in the room such as the door handle to the bathroom the top of the air-conditioning unit the room itself was not fully clean as there were still hairs left in the bathroom. The hot tub heaters were broken and then they kicked us out of the breakfast room after breakfast was over when we just wanted to sit at a table as there was no other tables available inside on the property. They also overcharged me and would not deal with the fact that they did that they just kept telling me to talk to the third-party I booked through, avoid this place. "

"This hotel is rundown and very dreary inside. The room was very dim with only a single high frequency (sterile white) light bulb in the ceiling. The area behind the hotel is an old rundown trailer park that made us leery about the items we left in the car overnight (we were moving with a completely full SUV). Nothing was touched but the feeling was there. In addition an RV was parked right across our ground floor window, leaving little of our "scenic view'."

"My wife and I were visiting Lindsborg and McPherson area for 3 day period. We looked at McPherson motels first, then Lindsborg. We definitely made the right choice by staying at the Viking Motel in Lindsborg. Check in was very easy. The owner did our check in. Made us fill right at home. The room was perfect, it was clean and well maintained. It was also very quiet, like we were the only ones staying there. Food was available with a very short walk. My wife and I will be going back to Lindsborg, and will not even look anywhere else to stay. We highly recommend the Viking motel in Lindsborg, Kansas"
