"The staff were excellent, attentive, and very helpful, especially with arranging local tours. The half-day backwaters boat tour was a highlight and highly recommended, and the resort grounds were lovely and quiet. The main disappointment was the Alleppey tour, as we were not told in advance that the coir factory, museum, and palace were closed on Monday, which made the long drive less worthwhile.
