"Very out dateded, ac unit froze up started leaking all over our stuff and then it started throwing ice chunks. We went to the front desk and they offered to switch rooms. We switched rooms and everything was fine other than the bed being rock hard and the bed sheets with a ton of stains. We ended up checking out early and they would not refund us the other night stay. This property is also not kid friendly nothing for kids to do. No up keep to this property very ran down. "

The half-day backwaters boat tour was a highlight and highly recommended, and the resort grounds were lovely and quiet. The main disappointment was the Alleppey tour, as we were not told in advance that the coir factory, museum, and palace were closed on Monday, which made the long drive less worthwhile. "Stayed there with my family of 3 on NY eve last year. The property was well maintained. While we didn’t get to try all the amenities due to the NY eve rush, the complimentary boat ride on the lake Vemnad was amazing (I would highly recommend to book in advance as it fills our fast). Food was ok. I would recommend this place who wants a quiet, family friendly place in Allepey. "

"Beach was beautiful- World Class! The room was perfect- great size. Food was excellent with good variety for all. Pool was fun and clean. Staff was amazing and helpful. But remember that you are in a resort- best to go out and do some local shopping to get a real feel for the area. Recommend guests to go out on the beach first light to see the fishing boats come in."
