Clean and convenient location. Small room but just enough for two people. Receptionist assisted us in getting a fan because our window could not open.

I would visit again :)
Very friendly staff, a clean and quiet room, and the room was perfect for me and my son! the location was perfect - very close to the shops, cafes and the restaurants.. also only 25 mins away from the Billund airport.

Very small room with closet sized pot plus curtained bath. But good location of hotel. Part of an all Denmark chain. Will use again but will book a larger room.

A good econo hotel- small room, adequate facilities, close to railway station. Breakfast was extra and fair to good. They were nice to give me early check-in, without additional charge.

Room assigned to us not clean, but we were given a new one. The new Room was large, but no side tables. Door frame to shower had what looked like mold. No cups in bathroom or even a soap dish. There was an odd “sewer like” smell in the hallways. The best thing about this hotel is walking distance to train station.

The shower is impossible to use. Ther is no fisical door only a curtain. Besides that, when you add a clogged drain, the disaster is inevitable.

Reception guy seem smoke is more importent than
Room nice and BIG – great view and there was a safety box (nice and not offen offered in Danish hotels) Very welcoming service minded people in reception on arrival. VERY different when we came back to hotel sep29-just before 4pm and ask for help to print out some papers due to corona test result to leave CPH next day. Answer from a “new” guy in reception “you can try the walking street if any there can help” and then I remember previous day the Visit Vejle gave us amazing service so maybe … oh they close in 3 minutes so what do we do? The reception guy was no help – he went outside entrance and start smoking – seem more important than help customers. So different of service experience from check-in pax and check-out – We shall NOT stay here AGAIN – even Vejle city deserved more stays from us later. Ps. Lucky for us the airport hotel help us out with all the printed papers we need same late evening and early next morning and even with a smile and no extra cost!!!

I am very surprised and do not understand what went wrong in the communication according to you needing help to print papers with help from the reception and the scenario you descripe. We help our guests with these things all the time. I will try to get to the buttom of this matter. Thank you for your inconveince of writing this review . I can asure you that an incident as descriped above is not acceptable.

The Cabinn
We were visiting family in Vejle so this was an ideal choice reasonably priced clean and comfortable. Not a typical hotel it is a brand and a model which caters for the travellers who need a comfortable place to sleep. The reception staff were helpful. Bathroom space is limited.
