"We weren't prepared for how remote this property is and the extended rainy season made it even more so with very poor road conditions. Be sure to stock up on EVERYTHING you'll need before going up there as a trip to any store or restaurant will be lengthy. We had to leave after staying only one of our two nights as we just didn't have enough food. "A real gem of a place just a few minutes walk to the beach. Quiet, clean, and helpful staff. Pros: best Gluten-free menu and food of our 7 day trip. Chefs kiss!! The tuna and blackened fish were out of this world. Pool was warm and open all hours. Grounds were well kept. Tennis courts available. Cons: no TV in room, but really what are you doing inside anyway. "

"Latica lodge was amazing to stay at! If you’re looking for that community vibe then this should be on the top of your list. Everyone from all over the world staying there, all having breakfast/supper together was spectular.
