"Our stay was comfortable and the staff were very friendly. I will note that the pictures depict a lavish boutique resort, however, it was more run down and could use some updating. The grounds were beautiful but the pool was often dirty and needs to be repaired. The food was excellent but very expensive. We stayed in a bungalow that was very small but comfortable for 2 adults and one child. Overall it was a nice stay. "

Lolo was an excellent host and if you do stay you must take advantage of her dinners. Incredibly romantic. The location is perfect. Quick drives to Tamarindo, Playa Avellanas and Playa Conchal.
