I was so appalled by the state of repair while I walked down the hallways that I almost left the hotel before I reached my room. At least the room itself was in a decent state. Then my kids wanted to try the pool and it was filthy and ill-maintained.

Hotel Willo (formerly YWCA Hotel Vancouver)
I would say it’s important to know that there’s heavy construction going on in the area. If you are driving a vehicle, it is very difficult to turn into the property. Very few access points. Otherwise, I would say this is a lovely hotel and I will stay here again. As I have done many times.

We have stayed here several times - the hotel is clean, comfortable and convenient with easy access. It's quiet, but can be noisier on weekends if teams/tournaments are staying.
