Staff was courteous and very friendly and the room very clean and the beds were comfortable. I liked the no hassle free airport shuttle to the hotel which took less than 10 minutes. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!!

Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront
This hotel was well situated in downtown. We did a lot if walking from our hotel to famous landmarks of the area. The hotel was very clean, quiet and the view was breathtaking. We will definitely stay here again.

River Rock Casino Resort
Power outage for hours at 9.30 pm, elevator still not working in the morning, had to walk down and up emergency steps from 5th floor. Room dated, kettle and phone in room did not work. Staff were very nice everywhere, especially the ladies working in the food court.

Hotel Willo (formerly YWCA Hotel Vancouver)
The room was tiny and we had to share the bathroom with a guest in different room. For 350 U$, it was a bad experience. However, I guess hotels are generally expensive in Vancouver.
