"This is such a nice hotel. Staff is so pleasant, sent texts to check on us. We had the 2 queen beds with sofa and kitchen suite and it is much bigger than the equivalent at other hotels. Car valet always had our car ready for us as requested. The location is walkable to the waterfront, shopping, and restaurants. We were so happy with our choice."

"I had a wonderful experience here. They were very accommodating to me and my Girl Guide Unit. The staff was very understanding and helped me out when needed. There was an issue trying to get ahold of the front desk on the one day (over 1.5 hours to get a hold of anyone - we called & went to the counter & no one was around. And there were a bunch of people wanting to check in). Breakfast is the basic free breakfast, but it hit the spot to get us going. I would say being there early because each morning, they ran out of drinks & food. I love the fact that they had games to bring to the rooms to play. That was a hit for the girls in their rooms. The lake is beautiful and peaceful. You can sit on your deck and enjoy a coffee/tea with your breakfast and enjoy the scenery."
