"Honestly, probably one of my favourite all-around hotel experience. The one bedroom view suite with a king sized bed was beautiful and well-appointed. The lobby with the koi pond is stunning. Staff were friendly and attentive. The little breakfast place in the lobby was great - good food at a reasonable price. And the location is really convenient for getting to all the sights in downtown Victoria. We would definitely stay again."

"Was disappointed that the website failed to mention the Lounge was closed for renovations and we went to a cold hot tub because the staff failed to mention the tub pump was broken earlier that day but staff and amenities were great "
