"Overall, everything was good. The only suggestion I would have is regarding the service in the breakfast area. The really young lady welcoming guests may benefit from some additional service training. Even small adjustments in facial expression and approach could better align with the hotel’s service standards."

"This property is a hidden gem on the Harbour. Staff are extraordinary friendly, rooms have thoughtful amenities such as silverware for takeout food, coffee and refrigerators. Robes in the closets and little touches such as make-up wipes. Centrally located to walk to many attractions and restaurants. Free onsite parking. "

"Room was clean, housekeeping responsive with towels blankets pillows. Had room service but was dinner not breakfast. Did not try hot tub nor did I have a jetted tub. Please note that you may want to ask this location to make sure you do not have a room with mixed up TV channels as the guide is inaccurate and there were only 2 basic channels with tons of commercials. So may want to ask and think about this one if you have kids. We had a double queen with balcony. "
