"Very nice room, one day after room service came the duvet smelled and may have been changed to a duvet that may not have been washed properly. After ordering room service and calling the front desk for the cart to be cleared, no one came. Overall though, a good experience!"

"This is a beautiful hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed 2 days in Vancouver after our cruise. They kept our luggage both days, helped us get a hop in hop off bus to see the sights. I would definitely stay here again"

Hotel Willo (formerly YWCA Hotel Vancouver)
"To everyone that may stay there. Nobody told me that I needed to use my room card to get to the 10th floor. I went up and down three times to the fifth floor before somebody got in the elevator and showed me how to use the card so I can get to the 10th floor. Staff never mentioned that."

"Clean room and facilities, easy walk to Yaletown, room was fine, gave us a complimentary bottle of wine (nice!), no extra charge for valet parking (very nice), bathroom faucet needs to be more firmly attached to sink- it wiggled"
