"Honestly, based on all the reviews we’d read beforehand, we didn’t have high expectations — but the Heritage Room exceeded them. The room was very clean, the shower had strong water pressure, there was no noticeable odor, and the hair dryer was actually decent. The pools were well set up; while the outdoor one could’ve been hotter, overall we had no complaints. A surprisingly enjoyable stay. The front desk lady was very helpful! Great first impression."
