Location is excellent for restaurants and amenities. Rooms are clean and roomy. We had a deck that over looked the harbour and city lights . Had brunch in the restaurant downstairs the following day and it was excellent.

We were surprised that the hotel permitted dogs in the restaurant. They did not appear to be service dogs. Just little dogs on a womans lap. Also there were noisy dogs in the room almost opposite to us that were noisy till nearly 9:00pm. They made it difficult to have a quiet nap in our room.

The check-in process was incredibly quick & easy. The room was clean, comfortable & spacious. The elevator system was quite strange. One elevator for parking garage to lobby, different one for lobby to rooms. No stairs available for use (except in emergency), which was annoying when going up/down one floor. The pool and gym are very nice with significantly more equipment than is typically found in hotel gyms. Also, a nice view from the gym. Finally, the TV system, was not user friendly if you wanted to watch live TV rather than on-demand shows. The "guide" on the TV simply listed the channels, but not what was being shown at the time, so to find out, you'd have to select each channel, then go back, select another, etc. All in all, a comfortable stay.

They are as you mentioned designed for emergency exiting the hotel rather than going up or down a flight. It came with an amazing full size pool, large hot tub, sauna and steam room. All in working order. There was also a gym which I didnt use however it looked modern and well taken care of. Guy at the gym was keeping ice cold water with fresh cucumbers in it. We were all very happy

The people that work here are awesome, rooms are great. Would recommend spending a bit extra and getting water view. Location is perfect. Highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location! Close to a large variety of restaurants, shops and, of course, the pier. 5 min walk to Seabus terminal. 5 min walk to IGA when I wanted milk and yogurt. Best gym facilities, and swimming pool of all the hotels I’ve ever been in. Just being able to use the pool and gym made staying at the hotel worthwhile for me. Friendly reception, fast check in and out. Housekeeping staff are attentive to details. Room I was in didn’t have USB port for charging, so bring your own adapter.

The views of the waterfront is what i mosted enjoyed. What i didnt like is that it was a 30$ parking fee for a single night to park a vehicle there.. parking for guests should be free IMO

The view of the water from the balcony room was excellent. Waking up to the water view is amazing. I’m really happy that I reached out to the hotel prior to arriving to make sure that I was booked for a water view room. Even though I booked a room with pictures on the water, but that doesn’t always guarantee a view of the water. The water view room was a bit more expensive than the original room I booked but worth it. It would be nice if parking was included into the hotel fee parking was additional $29 U.S. a day. There was snacks, beverages, wine, and ropes in the room available but we did not use it because we was unsure if it was complementary or not. Maybe they can put a note next time letting guests know if there’s extra charges or not. One thing I wish they could change out is the box spring mattress my back was a bit sore but it’s fine. We enjoyed the high-speed Internet. The restaurant in the hotel was delicious. The staff was friendly. Great location near stores and restaurants in walking distance.We would definitely come back!

Exceptional location. Lots of dining out opportunities. The mountains and great outdoors to Noth Van are right off the doorstep as to is Stanley Park and great view across the water to Dtwn Vancouver.

We were very sad to leave and wish we booked our entire stay in Vancouver here! Beautiful room, beautiful pool, great location close to many shops and a great view of downtown. We think this is definitely the side to stay on with its lush greenery, many shops and restaurants but is much more quiet than down town.

The room had a distinct musty, body odor, smell smell. It appeared the floor had flooding as the carpet was wrinkled and looked a little discolored. The linens were spotless, crisp and clean, and the view was wonderful. I was too exhausted to say anything otherwise I would’ve asked for a different room. Unfortunately it was very late at night and I could barely keep my eyes open when I arrived.

The location is great in term of restaurants and public transportation, and the lobby and entrance were lovely. That said, the interior of the room was a bit disappointing when compared with all the very positive reviews. There was only 1 chair, which was inconvenient for 2 people, and the furnishings could use a bit of attention and updating. The bed was very firm and the pillows were not very comfortable.

I love how convenient it is to the shops, restaurants and transportation. The one issue I have is the carpet in the room was quite dirty. Will have to bring slippers next time I stay!
