We stayed for a night before our flight and again for a night after our return. Our stay was "okay"... nothing stood out either positively or negatively. The hotel could use a refurbishment. Things just look a bit tired. The mattress was rather soft as well. We were early enough arriving to obtain parking. There are a number of restaurants within a 5-10 min. walk. Mostly Asian restaurants. One pub. We had the breakfast just before our flight. It was very limited . Upon our return, we missed the breakfast due to arriving very late at night and the 19 hour time change. We hoped to get a coffee in the lobby but the coffee pot was empty. It is a place to rest ( planes did fly overhead until the wee hours of the morning and started again before 6am) but if you were here for a stay, we did not find anything of interest in the immediate area to see or do.

I had a great stay here for numerous days. The only downside is that there isn't a lot of parking so the lot becomes full very quickly. They will get you to use street parking and have you move back in the lot when there's room. Also the key cards system is bit finicky, mine stopped working 3 times and had to get it reset at the front desk so that was a bit annoying. They tell you it's interacting with the NFC on your phone and to keep them separate but even my spare card that sat on a desk kept getting wiped as well.

Liked the convenient breakfast buffet, wish it changed a bit in variety daily though. Parking is very limited so had to do street parking the first night which is very inconvenient especially travelling with a baby.

Bed was comfortable. Room was a good size.🙂 Waffle machine was nice🙂 I had to go to the lobby for filtered water😕 No help with baggage. The trolly wheels were not very manoeverable. 😞

The hotel was poorly managed. They gave me a room with a broken toilet seat. When I ask for a different room. They told me that don’t have enough rooms. Showers was dirty. It was just an unpleasant experience.

Disappointed with the breakfast selection. The warm Hard boiled eggs, unusual cold turkey sausages and water oatmeal were disgusting. The waffles and the toast were the only thing good.

The location is very convenient for dining and shopping. the room is clean and the room service & breakfast service persons are very nice. The only thing is that the bed is not as comfortable as I expected.
